-HSL provides a 20x20 ft prep space for your catering team with fridge/freezer, prep tables, water and electricity
-Caterers must be full-service
-If hiring a food truck, service must be hired to bus tables, clear trash
-Caterers and bartenders must provide an up to date COI
-Catering and bar staff must remain on-site until all trash has been cleared from tables, bars, etc (until 11pm if needed)
-Catering/bar trash needs to be removed from the property or taken to onsite dumpster
-HSL staff does not transport alcohol or trash via golf carts

HSL can accommodate a max shuttle size of 40 passenger (coach bus). School buses are also permitted. If you have any questions, please contact Caitlyn before booking.
Shuttles can only enter the venue via Board Rd as they cannot cross the small bridge on Shady Lane. This information needs to be communicated to the shuttle driver. It is linked below if you would like it for booking meetings.

DJ
requirements
We have a noise ordinance within our township so DJs are required to hook into our sound system in the reception tent. This ensures we maintain a certain decibel level. We also have a built in sound system at the greenhouse. DJs can use that or their own equipment during cocktail hour. We do not have a sound system at each individual ceremony site. Caitlyn will make sure your DJ has the proper information before arriving at the venue day of, but if you would like to have it prior to booking a DJ it is linked below.
-We do not allow bands.
-We do allow string instruments/acoustic duos.

All flowers should be prepped off-site as we do not have a working area for florists. For any large installations (greenhouse arbor, tent ceiling or chandeliers)- florists are required to return and tear these items down. Florals cannot remain overnight and HSL cannot dispose of any floral trash.

HSL requires that all rentals must be same day drop off and same day pick up.
HSL staff will not move any rented furniture, tables/chairs, linens, etc. These items must be set by the rental company upon arrival.
