Accessibility Times + Guest Counts:
- 6 hours onsite (your choice of timeframe; music off at 9PM), timeframe is inclusive of set up and tear down by Renter
- Up to 50 guests for the event

Amenities:
- Onsite parking with directional signage
- Climate-controlled restrooms easily accessible from the event space (April - November)
- Fans and heaters available at no additional cost

- Bistro and chandelier lighting in Greenhouse
- Bistro lighting over patios
- Wood-burning fireplace in Garden House
- (6) 8 foot tables and 50 white resin chairs provided
- Electric access
- Sound System with AUX connection
