TRADITIONAL WEDDING PACKAGE
Accessibility Times + Guest Counts:
- Offered May through October
- Friday + Saturday: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. (music off at 10 p.m)
- Sunday: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (music off at 9 p.m)
- 6 hour event period (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception)
- Up to 225 guests for the wedding
Inclusions:
- Two separate, climate-controlled preparation suites
- Onsite parking with directional signage, parking attendants, and golf cart transportation
- Onsite staff for the entire rental period maintaining venue presence and transportation
- Climate-controlled restrooms easily accessible from the event spaces
- Onsite rehearsal, day of. Access to the estate for engagement photos.
-Access to the venue for site visits and final walkthrough, virtual floor plan layouts, and vendor referrals
CEREMONY
Rose Garden, Band Stand, Greenhouse Interior, Greenhouse Patios,
Greenhouse Terrace and Woodlands

COCKTAIL HOUR
Greenhouse and Surrounding Patios, Greenhouse Terrace and Garden House
- Bistro and chandelier lighting in Greenhouse. Bistro lighting over patios

- Electrical access and Sound System
RECEPTION
Tent, Gazebo and Outdoor seating area
- 40’x100’ white frame tent located on a concrete patio, complete with white
draping, four chandeliers, and outdoor bistro lighting
- 20’x20’ white catering tent provided, including water access, electrical access,
a refrigerator and freezer
- Custom floor plan. 8ft folding tables + white resin folding chairs with
padded seat provided, including set up and tear down by venue staff
- Fire pit access included with outdoor seating
- Electric access and in-house sound system (DJ required to use)
- Fans and heaters provided at no additional cost
90-Day Coordination through Blake Events is a requirement
for all Traditional Wedding Packages.

MICRO WEDDING PACKAGE

- Mon-Thur and Sundays, May through October
- Your choice of timeframe, 6 hours onsite (music off at 9 p.m), inclusive of set up and tear down
- Up to 50 guests ONLY

- Onsite parking with directional signage and golf cart transportation
- Onsite staff member for the entire rental period maintaining venue presence and transportation
- Climate-controlled restrooms easily accessible from the event spaces
